It is my purpose and passion to walk beside and support those on the healing path to discover and deepen into their own spiritual heart, truth, and practices. My multidisciplinary approach focuses on integrating the whole being through the somatic gateway of the body. My methodology draws from graduate work in spiritual care, intensive training with James Finley and Stephen Jenkinson, David Deida’s advanced teacher training, and two decades of developing a psychosomatic bodywork modality through the lens of Core Energetics.
