It is my purpose and passion to walk beside and support those on the healing path in shifting from self to Soul, and deepening into their own spiritual truth, heart, and practices. My multidisciplinary approach focuses on integrating the whole being through spiritual direction, coaching, and energetic bodywork. My methodology draws from graduate work in spiritual care, extensive retreat immersion with Dr. James Finley, David Deida’s advanced coaching training, and two decades of developing a psychosomatic bodywork modality through the lens of Core Energetics.
