It is my purpose and passion to walk beside and support those on the healing path to discover and deepen into their own spiritual truth, heart, and practices. My multidisciplinary approach focuses on integrating the whole being through coaching, spiritual direction, and somatic bodywork. My methodology draws from graduate work in spiritual care, extensive retreat immersion with Dr. James Finley, David Deida’s advanced men’s coaching training, and two decades of developing a psychosomatic bodywork modality through the lens of Core Energetics.
